Outside the day job, the part that sticks is mentoring - the AI track at Product Makers, founders at Techstars (BSH Munich), and Startarium. The through-line is turning product people into builders: an idea into a working prototype with AI in a matter of days. Watching someone find the structure in their own mess is the best part, and it costs nothing.

Advisory and board work comes rarely, and only where AI-human collaboration is the real problem under the question. No consultancy on the side here - Modus fills the week - just a few relationships where the help is genuine and the time is honest.
