Thirty years in tech, with one instinct under all of it: finding the structure in messy systems. Codebases first, then whole orgs, and lately the way AI and human teams actually build together. Right now that's operating-model work as Senior Principal Consultant at Modus Create, plus the methodology and tools that come out of it.

The Modus years cover Fortune 500 accounts - a leading German automaker, a global beauty retailer, a global life-sciences company and a major blockchain platform among them. Two have public Modus case studies.
