Bio
The short version - thirty years, and where it points now.
Thirty years in tech, with one instinct under all of it: finding the structure in messy systems. Codebases first, then whole orgs, and lately the way AI and human teams actually build together. Right now that's operating-model work as Senior Principal at Modus Create, plus the methodology and tools that come out of it.
The path that led here:
The Modus years cover Fortune 500 accounts - Audi, FedEx, Sephora, and Eversana among them. The one with a public story is Cardano, where the work was the open-source governance and project-lifecycle framework.
What comes next is one of three conversations, depending who's on the other side: a CPO or CIO seat where the operating model needs designing and shipping; advisory or board work on AI-human collaboration; or co-founding something AI-first. Each suits a different kind of person.
Anything there worth pulling on?
